We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Agency. You will be responsible for creating effective and engaging designs for our clients across different industries and sectors. You will work closely with our account managers, copywriters, and developers to deliver high-quality graphics that meet the client's needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics for various marketing materials, such as logos, flyers, brochures, banners, websites, social media posts, etc.
- Collaborate with the account managers to understand the client's brief, objectives, and target audience
- Conceptualize and present design ideas that align with the client's brand identity and strategy
- Revise and refine designs based on the client's feedback and suggestions
- Ensure that the final graphics are consistent, accurate, and meet the quality standards and specifications
- Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and tools in graphic design and marketing
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer or similar role in a marketing agency
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Creative and artistic skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience in video editing and animation software, such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.
- Experience in print production and prepress processes
- Certification or training in graphic design or related field
- Knowledge of web design principles and tools, such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, etc.
